Can't watch Sky go on my oppo reno 8 pro keep getting 0-01 error code

I keep getting an 0-01 error code when I try to use sky go on my oppo reno 8 pro mobile.

I believe that is a wrong subscription error so is it happening on everything and if so how long have you been a Sky Tv customer ?

It's only happening on my phone I can use it on my tablet and laptop. Been with sky for years.
