Sky Go pin

I have been trying to set up a Sky Go pin unsuccessfully for 45 mins. I go through the settings on the app, which should take me to the parental controls but I just can't find where it is. I also tried the tv but theres nowhere on that for skygo. 

So far I've tried the tv, the Sky Go app, My Sky website and manage devices. Just cannot find an option to create a pin to download programs. What am I missing?

If the Sky Go app is not connected to a Sky Q box then the pin for it can be reset here:

https://www.sky.com/manage/tv/manage-devices/change-pin

I've tried both and I just get the option to change the name of the device or delete it. 
I can watch programmes on it but not download.
