I have been using sky go on my xbox one fine up until 2 days ago. Now all I get is an error message saying "to watch this programme you need to purchase sky go extra"
We are gold vips and nothing has changed on our account, as in nothing has been added or cancelled by us and I'm just wondering why I am having issues? Thanks Rachel

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
