Sky Go on Apple TV

I cannot log in to Sky Go on Apple TV. I can log in on other devices. I used to be able to log in on Apple TV. But I now get this message. Can you help?

Do you have multoscreen or the whole home package as one of these is required on your account before you can use the Sky Go app on your Apple TV.

Note this is a different requirement to Go use on phone, tablet, desktop and laptop.

 

In some cases Sky has been tightening up on use which was previously permitted in error.
