Sky Go notloading

Today all I'm getting when I go onto Sky Go on the laptop is a black screen, why won't it load?

Does it load up after you reboot your laptop ?

its hit and miss now, as to wehther it will load or not, switching the laptop on and off does'nt seem to do very much
