Sky Go not working

Hey looking for advice. Sky go is not working on any of our mobile or iPad apps over last few days. I have deleted and reinstalled several times and still responding with an error code, saying channel not available.

 

any ideas on how this can be resolved? Much appreciated 😊

What is the error message and code ?

Have you made any changed to your TV package recently ?

Hey thanks.... it just says "you cannot watch this channel because of a technical issue. Try again later"

 

no changes to our package and all was fine until a few days ago!!

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
