Sky Go not working

My Partners Sky Go has not been working properly for over 2 months now. Going round the houses with customer services, technical support, advanced technical support and sky go support. When we go to watch a programme such as Sky go it says 'because of a technical issue, you cannot watch this content. Please try again later. 
Have tried removing app, reinstalling, changing password but doesn't work. We understand that by removing all devices and adding them again will fix the issue but neither is nor sky can do this. 
Any help on a fix will be greatly appreciated

Hi yes, I can access my account. When I go to manage your sky tv devices and go to remove a device it doesn't do anything. It says conform changes in a blue box, a circle spins for a second but then goes back to confirm changes again

 This is the error message I get when trying to watch sky sports or any other Sky channel. It's the same on android devices, apple devices and pc

That error message is why I mentioned linking your account as per my previous post so have you tried this ?

Yes I have tried that, I think it must be linked as when I select the option of 'I need to link my sky ID to my account' then select the Sky Q option it just takes me to my Sky homepage. The previous page states it will give me instructions but it doesn't so presumably it's all linked

Exactly the same problem here. Spent hours on the phone and everyone I speak to hasn't a clue. I can get some non Sky channels but nothing such as cinema, sports or Discovery.

It is a permissions issue and our account hasn't been set up properly albeit linked correctly. Support see everything is OK but it isn't.

Elsewhere on this forum, dated 3 days ago, someone states that Sky recognise the issue and are going through accounts correcting it but it appears random.

It's not a SkyGo app issue imho, but an account issue. The app looks to see if you have subscribed to the services and fails if you think you haven't.

Issue needs escalating to the highest level otherwise you are wasting your time on the phone.

Sky is a pain, they know there's a problem, how it can be fixed but aren't passing this information down the food chain.
