Sky Go not working

I've tried using Sky Go on my android tablet but it's asking me to Upgrade my subscription. It seems to work ok on my phone and the tv so I'm not sure what's causing it. Any ideas?

You may wish to "reactivate" Watch via Sky Go within Settings > Status.

What are you trying to view when you are presented with the upgrade message ?
