My sign in works fine on windows11 but it takes me to the upgrade to skysports screen which I have had since time began!!

Sky Go not working on any devices
Sky Go has stopped working on all mine and my families devices.
Android phone
Iphone
PS4
PS5
On Android and Iphone I get - because of a technical issue, you cannot watch this channel. Please try again later.
Sa.e on PS4/5 but overlaying that it says- access from this household is restricted.
I get that at my house, and my 2 sons houses, a s my grandsons.
On Android I have cleated cache, restarted phone, uninstalled app, and reinstalled.
Same on Iphone and PS devices.
So same error on different devices, different operating systems, different networks.
If I click on connect to Sky box it works if I am at home.

Sky Go App
I cannot access the Sky Go app on any device. I can watch sky sports + using my log in but not actually log into Sky Go on my phone, husbands phone, ipad or tv! Help!

Due to the restricted household error you will have to call Sky or use one of the social media links at the bottom of the page to get in contact with Sky support about this.

Sky go not working
I have not had access to sky ho for over two weeks. I've uninstalled, reinstalled on both Xbox and phone. It says technical issues try again later.
i have spoken to sky and they say I have too many devices. I have not recently set it up anywhere new. I can't uninstall devices because of a technical issue.
I'm at my wits end, can anyone help.

It probably is but have you tried linking your account as per this;
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-cant-access-all-my-services
The to many devices answer given is nonsense as the system will remove the oldest unused device should that occur.

Yes I have, they changed my email whilst on the phone we went through it all together.
They are saying they can't delete any devices either. I'm not sure what I have left except to cancel sky, they can't seem to help.
pretty poor after 16 years.

I've got the same issue. I can login to the Sky Go app but can't play any content. I can't remove any devices from my account. Sky have tried removing devices and they can't do so either.
I've told Sky that multiple people seem to have this issue but I'm not getting anywhere. It's been over a month now and I'm still trying to get it fixed.

I have the same problem and done everything you have. My devices on my account simply won't update. I can't remove any and neither can Sky Technical Support. It's been like this over a month now and despite repeated calls and emails they still haven't fixed it.
Seems like the issue is slowly but surely affecting more and more people.
