Sky Go not working on Console despite having sky Q Multi screen
Last week I was able to use sky go on my PS5 however overnight I've started to get an error message saying I need to upgrade to sky Q multiscreen (even though we already have that package)
customer service suggested this was an app error yet gave no idea as to if/ when it would be fixed. would be grateful if anyone could help/ let me know if this is a common issue?

Have you got Sky Go Extra on your account as this that is needed before you can use the app on a console. As you have multiscreen then Sky Go Extra is free.
