Help
Im installing Sky Go on a new Win 11 desktop -
on my first attempt I get blank screen - program not running.
Advice in posts suggest switch off compatibility mode but not help
next advice is Uninstall and start again
I uninstall but this does not clear appdata folders then reinstal. Does not work
I manually delete appdata folders and then try to uninstall. This does not work since ive deleted the uninst.exe. Now sky go just crashes out while Im trying to log in. Someone previously referred someone to the Sky support team. Can someone help me with an address for them, or advice how to completely scrub all records from the pC in order I can install from scratch ?
Appreciate it !

Ok
@Lisa-P1987: Thanks for the referral
The original issue was resolved. The app now starts and runs and allows me to select the first channel to watch. I finally reset all Windows defender option to allow public and private networks and explicitly permitted Sky Go. However the performance of Sky Go was extremely slow and to try to revert and select another channel just left me with frozen epg where every channel was "loading". Another PC connected to the same hub worked ok. So I can see it might be an environment issue. At this point the tech washed his hands and suggested I go to Windows or manufacturer problems. Slow operation seems a common problem so I anticipated I might get suggestions for the usual culprit - c'est la vie
Anyone else got suggestions for environmental issues ? Although nb pc manufacturer suggested It should be ok for video watching but not video creation so it might just be the pc is somehow underpowered
