Sky Go won't work on my Macbook Air, Monterey 12.6. Just stopped for no obvious reason. Reported this already but no replies or help. Not been working for 2 days now.
Tried restarting, deleting and reinstalling app. Searching for Sky related large files. Nothing coming up so far. Haven't been put in touch with support. Can't find a number to call.
Suffering from Covid so possibly missing something obvious, but what is it?

Have you tried this:
Uninstall the app
Launch the Finder, go to the Downloads folder and delete ‘SkyGoInstaller.’
In Finder, go to the Applications folder and delete Sky Go app
Remove Sky Go files
In the Finder select Go to folder ... from the Go menu (or press c).
A dialog box should appear. Now copy and paste the following text into the box and press the return key: ~/Library/Application Support/
Select the Sky Go folder and delete it
Empty Recycling Bin
Reboot the Mac
Download and reinstall Sky Go
