thank you, I will check this. I did leave Sky and rejoin so there's a possibility it's linked to the old redundant account.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you left Sky and then returned after being away for a year then your account will have been closed so you will need to set up a new Sky ID to use.
If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details
Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:

I'm in now and able to watch the channels, thank you!
When you mentioned account privilidges it refreshed my memory, we had to use a different email address when i rejoined Sky because of what you said in your latest post. It was me being a wally!!!

So, having got the Sky Go app to work on my Android phone, I now find it won't download programmes to my phone... Anybody else had problems with this? This is the error message I get:

I have download sky go on my andriod tv box for my caravan..
He is details off box in photo attached

That's your problem @William6363
The service isn't compatible on Android TV boxes - the service see's the equipment as a mainstream TV and it's not set up for that. I can't say whether or not that will change in the future. It's set up for phones/tablets/PC/Mac's and consoles (you'd need sky go extra to watch on a console).

Sky Go/Extra won't work on your Android box I'm afraid. The list of compatible devices for Sky Go (and TV from Sky on selected games consoles) is here.

Hi, I have an android TV box (T95) for when im working away, I cant seem to get sky go to work on it to watch my shows whike away. A bigger screen is better than my ipad and phone. Ive tried this link and still get an error. Its android 10.
