I am unable to use Sky GO on my Xbox games console. It has worked great up until now. It says “There was a problem streaming this channel. Please select another channel.” - but it doesn’t work on any channel. The error code is (e07282b0)

I have tried deleting and re-downloading the app, signing in and out, restarting the Wi-Fi router and nothing works.

Find out moreTo see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
