Sky Go issues

Whenever I try using Sky Go on my iPad all is well until approx 15 minutes of use when I get an error message telling me the app cannot find a connection to my Sky Q box. I have tries as some have suggested in other posts of using private relay - no difference, turn private relay off, delete the app and reinstall - no difference.

any other ideas out there?

Have you tried rebooting your Sky Q box and/or the broadband router ?

 

Does it work without cutting out if you disconnect the connection to your Sky Q box, you can do this via the settings section.
