I have been using Sky Go on my iphone, ipad and Mac for several years now and seem to be encountering the same problem on a regular basis. Whilst my phone and ipad are unaffected, Sky Go stops working on my Mac every time there is an IOS update. This tends to last between 2 and 5 weeks and will only start working again when the next Mac update is available.
I have tried to contact Sky about this in the past without success and have also folloowed all of the advice on previous discussions relating to removal of files and uninstalling / reinstalling the app but this does not solve the problem. I still have to wait until the next Mac update is released.
It appears that the Sky Go app is not built to cope with Mac updates provided by Apple and takes several weeks for the softwars to be updated.
Assuming Sky technicians are reading these threads, I woukd be grateful if someone could explain how to avoid this problem and maintain access to Sky Go on a Mac.

We are experiencing the same issue. Our Sky Go is no longer working on our Apple Mac. This is the first time we have experience this issue and have no idea how to overcome the problem. If anyone has the answer or any useful knowledge to remedy the issue, please get in touch?
