Sky Go has stopped working and will not load

When I try yo open SkyGo I get error message which reads:

 

C\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32|ncrypt.dll\ is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.

Ths appears to be an error on your PC then anything amiss with Sky Go so perhaps give this a try:
