im having trouble with my macbook to watch skygo, i keep getting the 1404 and 1304 error code, deleted sky go, from applications, emptied bin, nothing works, can anyone help please

over 10 years, never had any problems with my other macbook ive tried everything, it logs in fine but just wont play anything

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
