Sky Go extra

Hi all,

I am trying to access my recordings on my phone through the SkyGo app.

I have sky Q and have multiscreen.. any ideas on why I can't access?

It says I can't access the Sky Q box..

What is the actual error message, can the app not see your Sky Q box ?
