Sky Go has stopped working on both my iPad and iPhone, kept getting error 50-2 so reinstalled app on both, now keep getting error 'Your device needs to be authorised. Please ensure it's connected to the internet and try again'. It is connected and nothing has changed, not sure what the issue is?

Thanks, looks like it was VPN issue, my Sky emails also wouldn't work, but are now fingers crossed it stays that way!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry deleting the app, turning off Wifi on each device, rebooting them then enabling Wifi again before installing the Sky Go app to see what happens after you log back in.
