I have always used my Sky go app on my iPhone without issues. Today my Sky box was turned off at the mains momentarily and ever since then the app doesn't work on my phone. Every time I try to watch something it gives me the error code 50-9-403 and says there are too many devices trying to watch - my iPhone is the only device I use for Sky Go.
I have updated the app, deleted any old devices that were on there & have signed out and back in again and nothing has worked.
