Sky Go error 2001

Whenever I try to watch a show on catch up I get the error 2001.
Live TV works without issue.
I've done the usual
cleared the cache

switched from wireless to mobile data

tried multiple devices

uninstalled / re-installed

 

It just keeps giving error 2001.

 

Has anyone got any other suggestions?

Hi all,

The error is gone.

I didn't do anything to fix the issue.

So I guess it must have been something at Sky's end

Sorry I should have said

Yes, all devices have been rebooted

Sometimes the show begins to play underneath the blue error box and I f I press ok to clear the box, I can them press to watch that show and it will work.

Also, if I select a show / episode I've already watched that will work too.

It only seems to be happening to episodes of TV shows I haven't watched yet.

And now it's flicking between error 2001 & 2004

I when to private DNS in my tablet settings and turned it to automatic and worked for me
