Sky Go crashing Windows 10

Hi

I've had problems with Sky Go for well over 2 years now. It loads, checks for updates and then crashes - no error given it just disappears from the screen. I've tried everything mentioned in other posts but nothing works. I've just installed the latest beta version and that's exactly the same. Is this being looked at further as it seems to be a major fault that isn't being fixed? Any other fixes I can try?

I have the same problem for quite while now with no resolution.

Have tried all options recommended on the forums with no joy.

Hope someone with the community can escalate so this can be fixed for me.
