The app will not let me watch any channels, I just get an error message with code PFE 9200, Customer Services say there must have been a software update that is interfering with it, where do I start to find out what this is and has it happened to anyone else ?
Are you using a VPN because of you are ot will need disabling before you use Sky Go.
