Hi I have Sky Go on my account but when I log into the new Sky Go on Xbox I get "you can't use Sky Go on this device yet." How do I fix this please.

I have Sky Go Extra as part of my subscription and I've just got this error message... Does anyone have a fix or am I going to have to call Sky tomorrow?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I had the same issue, If you've got Sky Go Extra and it still doesn't work, Sky have told me there is an issue with the app on the xbox at the moment

Please be advised if you are a Sky Glass customer going forward you would need Whole Home subscription to watch Sky Go on game consoles, even if you could watch it before without it.
