Sky Go-Upgrade your subscription

Probably been asked a 1000 times before, but is there a fix for the "to watch Sky Go upgrade your subscription" message?

I too have this issue, on my x2 Xbox Ones it behaves as though I do not have Whole Home / Sky Go subscription. Also, and this may be related, on my iPads & iPhone I cannot view my connected devices, it just shows a server error (with no error code). I am now also experiencing 'Sorry, something went wrong.' on both my iPhone and the iPads.
I have spoken with Sky, and they claimed there was no issues and asked me to try again in 24 hours, this did not help I still have the errors.
It does appear that there may be an issue with Sky systems not recognising the devices and therefore throwing a generic error.
Sorry, there is no solution from me, nor have I found any in the forums both here and further afield. I believe this is a technical issue that Sky needs to fix on an individual basis.
