Hi
I am trying to watch Sky on my new iPad through my Sky Go app. I have a full SkyQ subscription but every time I try and watch a programme on the iPad it is telling me there is an error and I need to upgrade my subscription. I never used to have this issue. I have note left Sky recently. Can someone help?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
