Downloaded the latest app for my PC. Gets stuck on the first downloading update screen and nothing else happens. Doesn't work at all. Same result on my laptop.
Mine updated yesterday as it was the first time used it and from when it started to update to me be able to use it was about 6 or 7 minutes so have you tried leaving it for a while to see what happens or have you already done this ?
