Sky Go: Sorry, There was a problem contacting the server. Can't Log-In
Hi There,
I use Sky Go on my phone, tablet and PC. When i tried to watch a program, it advised me that i needed to log-out and then back in to solve the issue. I logged out and tried to log back in but hit an issue. It allows me to put in my username and password but then asks for another email address followed by the error in the title. Exmaple pictures below:
I have tried reinstalling the app, clearing cashe and hidden files, rebooting router, modem and sky boxes. I have tried my sky email address and others. I have tired via wifi, hotspot and wired connections. No VPN and firewall disabled. Still no joy.
Any ideas?
