Sky Go PS5

Recently updated my PS5 Sky Go app and now I can't log in, im gettin a message saying I need a sky go extra account..

I have had sky go extra in the past since 2017 and have never removed it so why is this happening?

Are you a Sky Glass or Sky Stream customer ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
