Sky Go Ongoing Issues

My Sky Go has stopped working several months ago I contacted Sky 5 times and they said they woulkd sort it out and get back to me and obviously they havent, I get message sthat say check network connection, sorry something went wrong. because of a technical issue, you cannot watch this content, please try again later.I am really frustrated i pay a small fortune to have all facilities and i am not getting them please someone help me, i have deleted and reinstalled i have switched the phone off and back on i have tried on my partners phone my computer and none of them work so i believe it is a problem with my sky ID or some setting at sky, this all started when my son took his playstation to his friends and tried to login and it wouldnt work and it stopped on all my devices too.

Re: Sky Go Ongoing Issues

I am having the same issue . Since October . I have rang customer services more times than I can count and they have no solution. Also won't cancel my sky account as they say I'm not paying for sky go and rather the tv service. So incredibly frustrating

That's correct.  Go has never been a primary Sky product: it's an adjunct to a content subscription delivered on Sky hardware.
