Sky Go Not Working For F1

The sky Go App is not working for the F1 subscription. It is not working on either my phone or my laptop. It says I need to upgrade my subscription, however I already pay for Sky Sports + F1. I have verified this on my sky account. Sky's virtual assistant is no help and the chats are closed. 

This seems kind of ridiculous if I am paying a lot of money for F1 and yet on a race weekend, the app is not working?

I have tried logging out and back in as well as reinstalling the app. Nothing seems to work.
