Always checks for updates when launched and that takes about 5 minutes.

It then tries to connect but fails.

I have unistalled and reinstalled, but no luck there.

Pleae help as I want to watch the Tour De France !!

I think it must be my broadband.

Fellow fans the tour is on ITV4, so I'm switching to that.

Sky, I will be in touch as this is unacceptable when paying £140 per month.
