Sky Go Extra

Hello 

My two boys have Sky go on their consoles I have Sky Stream. 

They wanted to watch TV via sky go this evening but it wouldn't work. 

As a sky stream customer what package do I need to allow my children to watch the TV on their consoles via Sky Go. 

As a stream customer am I able to have Sky Go Extra.

Any advice greatly welcomed.

You can if you have the Whole Home package with Sky Stream, if you don't then you can have it for £5 per month, either way to get it added you will need to call Sky.

I thought I read some where that you I would need whole home and that Sky Go Extra is not available for stream customers.

I don't need the whole home as the consoles for my children will work just fine. 

Hopefully they will offer me the Sky Go Extra
