Sky Go Extra Set Up

• I recently purchased Sky Stream. While waiting to get set up I had access to Sky Go on my PlayStation. Now that I am fully set up with Sky Stream I have lost access and have a notification telling me to purchase Sky Go Plus to enable the feature again. Is there a way to subscribe to this online as I have searched and can't seem to find anywhere to do this or any information on how to set it up.

When anybody is waiting for installation Sky gives that user free access to all content via Sky Go. Now since you have had Sky Stream installed what you can view matches your TV package. So from this point you would need to add Sky Go Extra to your account before being able to continue using the app on your console. The best way to get this added is to call Sky but do note there might be a charge of £5 per month.

Thanks. I knew that would be the case and more than happy to pay for Sky Go Extra now that I am fully set up with sky stream. Is there a way of setting this up online myself without the need to call sky? The chat bot gave me a link but there was absolutely nothing relating to what I'm looking for in the link it provided.

I think the only way to get it is by calling.

Spoke to sky and the person I got says I'm not entitled to sky go extra (even paying extra for it) as I am a sky stream customer. Do you know if this is true?

How do I get it ?

You’ll need a Sky Multiscreen or Sky Glass/Sky Stream Whole Home subscription, or you can pay the monthly cost to use it (Sky+ and Sky Q customers only). 

If you have the Sky Stream Whole Home subscription then you can get it by the looks of it.
