Do you have the Sky Glass Whole Home package as you need this to get access to Sky Go Extra which is what you need to access the app on a gaming console.

No but I've had sky glass for months and sky go was working less than 2 weeks ago 🤷🏻‍♂️

I don't know why it suddenly stopped working for you 2 weeks ago but you can see what the requirement is here:

You’ll need a Sky Multiscreen or Sky Glass/Sky Stream Whole Home subscription, or you can pay the monthly cost to use it (Sky+ and Sky Q customers only).
