Thanks for the update,

However a penny short and a day too late. Indeed your tech advised me to go to Microsoft which made matters worse.....seemed an extreme case of passing the buck

@RFS123 Hey I tried removing the update still doesn't work but you know what wanna say thank you to all that have tried everything.

I know that the new vulnerabilities in Windows 11 but glad sky are aware of the issue ill just be patient and hope a fix comes soon.

Good community we have here better than many

@Samraj how do I make an official complaint about the advice and lack of response (with no timescales in respect of responses) from Sky's technical team.

Indeed, in part as Sky didn't take responsibility and act on your customers behalf, I took your technicians advice .....which Microsoft has compounded.

I am not happy with the lack of support in this matter.

Anyone experiencing the error code Oxc000045 ??  Cannot connect !! Works ok with ipad and telephone

but not with windows !! Any advice gratefully received.
