I've had sky go on my laptop for as long as i can remember, was working fine yesterday but loaded up today and I'm faced with the error code PFE 9016-IH. Looked on the community and nothing is showing when searched. Gone through the usual steps of uninstalling, deleting app data etc then reinstalled but still the same code.

Is the app connected to your Sky Q box, if it is what happens if you disable the connection in the settings ?
