Cannot access sky go in France. I logged on before I left Ireland to overcome the 30 day rule.

Cannot contact Sky by phone for them to clear my access,

The error code for that is:

 

You appear to be outside of the territory which this channel or programme is available or you have not used the service in your home territory for more than 30 days.

 

So have you been in France for 30 days or more ?

I'm not sure there is much you can do as it is clearly related to being outside of Ireland.

Thank you. I have written to them 4 days ago

 No response despite promising a reply in 3 days. Very disappointing as I have found them very supportive and responsive at home.
