Hi, I purchased a Sky package yesterday and the advisor told me that, whilst waiting for the installation, I can immediately start watching via Sky Go. I seem to be getting an error 0-01 code on both an Android phone and Apple iOS phone. I've tried multiple channels but no luck.
Looking online, it suggests I should be able to watch it before installation, could someone please advise?

Update: I have just received an email from Sky with "Confirmation of your Sky order".
After checking Sky Go again (just in case), all appears to be working. I'm not sure if I was just being a little too hasty, expecting things to work immediately, however, all seems to be good now.
I am going to, if I can, mark this discussion as complete.

What TV package are you having installed, Sky Q or Sky Stream/Glass ?
Have you setup a Sky ID to login to the app with ?

Hey,
It's Sky Glass with the basic TV package (Inc Netflix), I'm also getting broadband installed.
Yeah, the advisor in store set up the Sky ID with me and I can log in to both the MySky app and the Sky Go app.
Looking on the MySky app, it does indeed say "Sky Entertainment and Netflix" with a green text saying "already yours", so I'm assuming it's active on my ID?
