I have windows 11 and Sky Go will not load, it comes up checking for updates and then after a few seconds closes. I have tried the compatibility checker which did not work. I have checked my firewalls, and it is an accepted App. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled. I should say it used to work fine on Windows 10. I am not sure if this problem started when I upgraded to Windows 11. Anybody got any ideas. I have been reading all the discussion threads and tried all the above which have not worked at all.

Thanks Sky for your help identifying the problem. Citrix was installed which was preventing Sky Go opening. Once Citrix was uninstalled problem gone.
