Sky Go Apple TV Sign In

1)

Unable to sign into Sky Go app on Apple TV receiving error message saying email is not verified. As far as I'm aware it has been verified as Sky Go is workingand on my IPhone.

 

2)

the frustration of not been able to talk to a person,  find a telephone number and be forced to use a virtual assistant that cannot understand the questions that you are asking it is extremely infuriating.

 

3)

having to sign up to a forum in attempt to try again answer from a company that I pay £120 a month to it nothing short of outrageous

Have you been sent any verification email to the email address you have registered with Sky ?

Having the same issue exactly. Only signed up to sky tonight and waiting for puck, but can't sign in to Apple TV

If you are trying to use the Sky Go app then you might need to give it 24 hours before you can access the app.

Hello,

 

Yes I have. I also have two step verification set up, I've had this set up for some time so it's not due to a lag of being a new customer
