Sky Go App

PLEASE can anyone help me.

I am having a problem with SKY GO on my Lenovo Laptop.  After downloading the Sky Go app, it won’t open, I just get a black box.  I am attaching a screen shot.

I have tried uninstalling , restarting laptop and reinstalling the app but still the same problem.

I have Windows 10 Home and all Windows updates are up to date.

I have contacted SKY, Microsoft and Lenovo but no one can help me.

I am hoping someone has some advice?

Have you tried making that window a bit smaller then dragging it at the top right hand corner to make it bigger again as I know in the past that this did then see it pop into life.

I have just tried this, but still same problem!

Any other ideas?
