My Sky Go App has the HD channels all available, we pay for HD but the Sky Go App never streams in HD.
How do I get HD to work on the App? I use the App on a PC computer and we have very fast internet too.
Thanks

Not sure what "The app will stream on the best quality available ..." means.
As the OP said, I also have very fast internet, can stream/download 4K no problem to my TV.
It looks like SkyGo desktop streams at less than HD (720P?) but over the internet there should be no infrastructure reason for at least HD content to stream to SG desktop, (if not 4K)
Does "not available" just mean that Sky will not stream higher resolution content than 720P to the desktop?
Cheers

I have the same issue. Not even just streaming, downloads to my devices are also barely 720p despite being able to stream 4k via the sky tv box, my internet isn't an issue, and it's a download, if internet is slow it should just take longer to download, and then not matter at all what the speed is once downloaded.
I've found the sky go app to be pretty awful across most use cases, and the sky support to be even worse.

I genuinely thought something was wrong with my app or my broadband link as the picture quality is so noticeably bad on sky go compared with literally every other streaming service. But no - it's sky.
I'm sure they'll introduce hd and uhd in the distant future for an additional fee. I feel very cynical saying that but I suspect I'm right.

HD (720p) quality isn't really HD these days. Maybe I'm just spoilt. 🙂
