Sky Go App cannot find Sky Q box

Sky Go app (mobile iOS 17.7) cannot find Sky Q Box. Unable to use the Sky Go remote Control. The record function and viewing on sky go work.

Have reset sky go app, sky box, and WIFI.

Any ideas?

I take it the iphone is connected to the same Wifi network ?

 

If so go to settings > sky go and make sure local network is turned on.
