Sky Go App Errors
I'm trying to watch Sky Go on a laptop. The laptop is pluged into my TV via an HDMI cabke and the Sky Go app is running on my PC.
Sky Go loads fine and the Guide appears but when I select a channel to watch I get the error code PFE 9004-IH.
At the moment, I have no Sky satelite signal as my Sky Q box is showing a 'No satellite signal' error but the Sky engineers cannot come out for another 2 day
This is my only way to watch through the Sky Go app on my laptop, so how can I get this sorted ASAP.

Hopefully your Q reception issue is sorted by now, but one tip is to have the main Q box completely unpowered (not just in Standby) before trying to use the Go app, otherwise the app tries to receive signal from the dish via the main box.

Still haven't got Sky! The engineer came and worked out it was the leads from the wall sockets to the Sky Q box and made up 2 new ones.
It worked whilst he was here but 5 minutes after he left the No Signal error came back.
Now cannot get an engineer until the 29th October which despite my 4 hour attempt to change it over the phone, Sky say it is the best they can do!
Sky Go still has the same issues despite Sky Technical saying they fixed online.
Being a SKY VIP customer and being with Sky for 24 years doesn't seem to make any difference to them so I'm now weighing up my options.
Thanks for your help but I'm too peed off at the moment.

FYI, 90%+ of customers are VIP customers, VIP is nothing special these days 😞
