Panic over 😊 It seems if you delete the "Sky Go" app, then re-installt it, and re-log on, once you start watching your selectd programmes, the "Continue Watching" row will now come back! It's a bit of a short term faff, as because you've deleted and re-instralled, it sees everything as " new" so you'll have to watch at around 30sec or so of regular shows etc to build back up your "Continue Watching" list, but at least this workaroun proved to be successful.

Try deleting the app and re installing. I have just done this myself, and it worked. The only downside is, as you have deleted and re-installed, it sees everything as "new" so you'll need to watch 20sec or so of your regular shows, to build up your "Continue Watching" list again, so a bit of a faff, but at least it's a workaround to get the "Continue Watching" row back. Hope itn works for you.

I've also got the same problem and I can't remember what episode I was upto, or even all the programs that were there.

Well it looks as though we are back to normal "not working " service, as, when I've opened up my Sky Go app just now, the "Continue Watching" row has once again gone! So frustrating! But it looks as though it's been escalated " to the relevant team here at Sky" so hopefully it will be resolved sooner, rather than later.

Only for the SkyQ/recorded programmes for me....the "continue watching on iPad" choice has disappeared completely. Delete/reinstall seems such an unnecessary faff!

Hi all, I signed out the app and re-signed back in. When I clicked on a video watched it for approx 30 secs, then the continue option reappeared. I did notice when I re-signed back in there were new T&Cs....

Yep, it is ineed a faff, and in the end it did not work, as this morning, "Continue Watching" has once again dissappeared. So frustrating.

As your issue isn't an issue with a Sky+ box (where you had posted this) i have moved this to the Sky Go forum so if you go further up the page you can see a post from a Sky employee that says they are aware of this fault as it is being looked into.
