Sky Go 22.11.2.0 Keeps Crashing
Sky Go 22.11.2.0 app keeps crashing on windows laptop. I have unsintalled, rebooted, removed device etc numerous but have had no luck. Please advise?

I'm non 22.4.3 on my Windows PC so it that a beta version perhaps ?
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

I have no idea, I can't see if it is a beta version, as the program crashes before the homepage even displays

Thanks @Laing1 I did wonder if that was the case.
@jessf1992 as the beta version isn't working for you then it might be worth switching back to the production version.

What happens if you select the production version as shown on the image above ?

When you uninstall are you doing a complete removal as per this and a reboot:
Uninstall the Sky Go app and then go to 'C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming (ensure hidden files/folders are visible) and delete the following folders:
Sky
Sky Go
And if it is present the Cisco and/or Synamedia folder in App\Data\LocalLow.
Empty your recycle bin.
Reboot your PC and then download and install the Sky Go app again.

@Laing1 @caesarome back to square one again, it's doing exactly the same thing now, i was able to check and it is the production version

Im having the same issue with the app crashing after looking for update. I have removed the app from my system following the deletion process above in this thread (app data etc) and it still doesnt work. Every time i go to download the app for windows it downloads the 22.11.2.0 version. how do I download the non beta version?

This Sky Go App is infuriating the constant crashes & then the app constantly keeps being funny with the Apple Mac Laptop. I don't get why Sky won't just overhaul this app? Yesterday i was watching a recording on my laptop & the picture was pixelated for 20mins so i shut it down & rebooted the Sky app watched another recording, same thing happened i will be calling sky next week about asking for a refund for the bad service in their tech not being good especially the amount being paid every month & getting subpar service🤨
