I have a sky subscription with the Sky Sports Complete pack that includes Sky Sports+. This includes the TNT sport channels when I watch at home on my box.
If I use my sky go app ( away remotely or even connected to my local box when at home ) - I cannot access TNT sports.
I get the following message: you need the relevant sky TV subscription to watch this show. Code 1410
Any help appreciated. Thank you

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDo you pay TNT/Bt or Sky for access to the TNT channels because if it is TNT/Bt they you need to use the Discovery+ app.

I pay Sky for this pack: "Sky Sports Complete including Sky Sports+" - this includes TNT sports.
I have no separate subscription for TNT.

The Sky Sports complete uncluding SkySports+ doesn't give you acess to the TNT channels as they are pay extra. I to have the Sky Sports Complete package on my account but have no access to TNT as I don't subscribe extra to them.
To get this looked into for you I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
