Sky Go öffnet sich nicht

Ich habe Sky Go auf meinem Handy und auf meinem Win 11 PC. Auf dem Handy läuft es.

Wenn ich die Sky Go App auf dem PC starten will, kommt nur eine Windows Fehlermeldung: fehler 0xc0000045.
